Efficient Designer and Manufacturer

The company is in possession of equipment to carry through the whole process from CAD layout to printing, firing, laser trimming, assembling, encapsulation, and testing of hybrid circuits, and IC chips can be mounted when considerations of space and/or power require it.

Knowledge

Since the foundation of the company almost 20 years ago Hybrico has as its sole activity developed and produced hybrid circuits in accordance with customer specifications. Well-proven design rules and high technical standards are decisive of the quality and price that can be obtained in the production of the hybrid circuit, and this means that Hybrico often participates in the planning of the circuits. Hybrico offers electrical circuit simulation for optimum circuit design and choice of components.

Flexible System Solutions

Hybrico has chosen production equipment that is mainly suitable for complex circuits in small and medium-size series. Through the years we have produced more than 400 different circuits in series from 1 to 100,000 pcs a year. However, quantities from 500 to 10,000 pcs a year are the normal series sizes. Tele-,medico-, instrumentation, and sensor circuits have made up the major part of our turnover. The circuits are divided into the following series:

K series - Printed circuit on ceramic board
C series - multichip modules
M series - micro circuits
T series - circuits where laser trimming adjusts a certain circuit parameter
H series - hybrid circuits
N series - resistor networks

Time is money both for the customers and for us. Besides Hybrico's price for CAD, masks for printing and programmes for the production machines the customer must of course invest engineer time in the project, but the result will be a unique circuit module, which can be used in the customer's production without incoming inspection.
